PHASE 1: Translation of existing interviews. Post existing footage and create initial segment on CRCT to demonstrate work being done in Costa Rica by this group.
PHASE 2: Enable five teens from the inner city to go on an Into Outside program with CRCT where they build self esteem and skills as they visit Costa Rica on a cultural and volunteer exchange program. This includes video and technology diary by kids with mentorship from media professionals as Youth Ambassadors for the World Trust Foundation.
Includes also second shoot expenses to revisit Osa to interview scientists working with endangered species Tapir and Jaguar as part of above education program.
PHASE 3: Post Production of the Encanto Project Post production, editing, graphics: menus, interfaces, titles, audio sweetening, compression, subtitles, dvd authoring, duplication, technical coding: internet development. Post Crew: producer, director, editor, post supervisor, audio engineer, exec producer, licensing manager
LAUNCH: Educational tie-ins, screening, includes publicity, marketing campaign for CRCT and other groups.
THE ENCANTO RESERVE: Includes Land Trust to preserve rapidly diminishing rainforest while securing a sustainable future for generations to come. Includes education center with media programming for the public, made available to scientists, conservation groups and educators around the world.
